New additions include a sick system that allows your sims to get colds, the flu, headaches, and more. While this mod has existed for a while, it got a massive new update in September. There are also 17 unique emotions that are added, like relaxed, depressed, jealous, scared, and shy. It adds a ton of new content to the base game which focuses on smaller details like allowing your sims to get flushed, drunk, acne, teary eyed, and more. The Slice of Life mod from KawaiiStacie is seen as one of the best Sims 4 mods ever made.
